Complaint / review text:
I preordered an iPhone 6 16GB in early September, in space grey as my upgrade. I received an sms telling me that my order had arrived, but upon going to the shop, they had allocated me the wrong colour phone (gold), even though my order on their computer said space grey. I was not prepared to accept the phone because it was not what i ordered, and my order had to be cancelled and redone, which I was told meant my name went to the bottom of the order list. I find this very upsetting as I have been waiting for this phone for a long time, and now I will have to wait even longer, due to no fault of my own! I have been a customer of vodacom for the past 10 years and have never received bad service like this from them.
