I was sequestrated in 2003. Vodacom's account was a claim in my sequestration. It is now 11 years and Vodacom IS STILL TRYING TO COLLECT FORM ME! Their collectors keep phoning me. I have numerous times since 2003 sent the sequestration order but seems Vodacom's personnel does not know what sequestration mean or just ignore my faxes and no attention is given. Each time I'm threatened with credit bureau and asked for payment to prevent being blacklisted. With reference to the credit act, is what they are doing not against the law? I honestly see this as harassment! How long before someone will take the time to investigate and close the file as it should have been done years ago??? Please assist, they need to stop this uncalled for and malicious action. This is repeating over and over and I really had enough now!
