Over billing - poor service

I went to cell c store in phoenix plaza on 15 august 2014, to take a new contract and upgrade an existing contract. To my knowledge when you upgrade a new contract i should be billed according to the new contract but the accounts are billing me for the old contract. I was not informed of that in the store after numbers emails i was finally informed that i will be debited for the old contract amount until 07 december 2014 thereafter will i be debited for the new contract. I took a new contract for a samsung s5 on this contract i was billed for connection fee at the end of august which was r195.00 and my account was debited for september i was billed again for connection fee of r175.00 and some other charges which i cannot understand. I complained about that numerous times and no one from cell c can explain that. Cell c is over debiting my account. I emailed them since september after noticing cell c overcharging and over debiting my account. To my knowledge if i take a contract they should debit my account for that amount and not more. Why did they charge me connection fees twice. They add all unneccessary chrges and just debit our accounts which is unfair.
