Complaint / review text:
After reviewing CELLUCITY stat's on Hello Peter, at 74% Complaints against 26% Compliments = I would be very concerned, as the owner/partners of such a company. You should take a serious look at your company Governance and the message your branches are giving out.
Adding to the 74% of complaints, after my personal integrity being tested by the worst Service experience - I have present key pointers of HOW NOT TO OPERATE A SERVICE BUSINESS:
1 Staff promise to call back or respond to mails. NEVER DO AND HAVE YET TO DO SO.
2 Therefore the CUSTOMER having to do all the follow ups etc...
3 Never taking RESPONSIBILITY and VERY QUICK TO PASS THE BUCK, by saying they have no control over anything they do - it all falls in the Mobile Network providers hands? THEN WHAT ACTUALLY DO YOU DO CELLUCITY?
4 Store managers do not apologise and if they do it is with a passing by attitude. It is obviously not important to them and the service attitude does not change.
WELL CELLUCITY - this is why I have removed my accounts being held with you and will continue to discourage others to use your company.
