Complaint / review text:
I called MTN on 2014/11/13 to report that callers cannot leave a voicemail for me. It says "You've reached an invalid number" The lady said they have problems with their voicemail. On 2014/11/15 I called again. This time I was told that my voicemail is not activated and they will activate it??? Also, if I call the voicemail number to try setup my voicemail, it also says "You've reached an invalid number". This is really ridiculous. This is now 2014/11/17 and I still have the same problem. How are people suppose to leave a voicemail if it says "Invalid number"??? I use my phone for personal and work and I'm on standby 24/7!!!
Really not impressed with this service of MTN!!!
