Complaint / review text:
So a representative for Autopage called to me upgrade to iphone 6 two weeks ago. I was promised delivery of the phone within 5 working days and it was confirmed by the agent there was stock and specifically silver one he noted. I accepted.
So a week later no phone arrived. I called the call centre and they informed me there was no stock and I must wait 2-3 weeks. I then informed them I was told the had stock and would get my phone, a sliver one, within 5 working days. I was then told they used an outside company to market the deal and they cannot vouch for why they indicated there is stock. Unacceptable. If they appointed someone to act on the behalf they must hold the liability. My contract has already been updated to the new rates/deal.
In addition on the 10 Nov I was migrated to the new deal. All my data was gone. I have called the call centre countless times since the but to date nothing. Just now I called again and was told they have no feedback. Call ref numbers are: 500244 and 4338430
I have been a customer of Autopage for 15 years now and I find this service unacceptable.
