Complaint / review text:
I upgraded my contract and ordered an iPhone 6 from autopage in October. The consultant promised the phone would be sent the following Monday.
After i did not receive the phone I called and was promised "tomorrow" and this keeps on happening.
At one stage I was told that My Order is 7th in line. And that any stock would be allocated to me. And that they have an order for 250 Phones.
Today i spoke to autopage and was informed that they "have no idea" when stock will come in.
Autopage also already processed the upgrade so my contract has been extended for 24 months. I am unable to Cancel this extension and got to a different service provider that will be able to supply me with a phone.
Please autopage! When will I receive my phone?
