About 5 months ago we contacted Vodacom in order to port a cell c number to Vodacom. We were advised that there is a R29.00 fee of port charge which at the time we had paid due to time constraints. There was not enough time to argue the charge however we did feel that this is unfair as we were leaving cell c to become a client of Vodacom... So are there charges to join your company? (Please bear in mind that we have an existing Vodacom number and all we wanted was to port the cell c number to vodacom).
Over 2 months have passed already we have paid the R29.00 but the number is not ported!!! This to me is considered pathetic service and if this is a continuous thing then I would rather port my Vodacom number to cell c, I'm sure they will assist me quicker and more efficiently.
