I am shocked and disgusted at Vodacom's level of service delivery and customer care. I have had numerous interactions with staff members at your Rosebank and Cresta stores as well as umpteen calls to your call centre agents regarding ONE request. A month later, I was eventually redirected to your Accounts and Billings department where my query was 'assisted' by Pravishee Kella who promised to have an e-mail sent to me instantly (an automated one at that confirming that an agreement bet myself and Vodacom was made). Two days later and still no e-mail from Pravishee. This is not my only point of disgruntlement with Vodacom, there have been numerous incidents at your stores and in dealing with your call centre agents which left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. I am happy to provide a detailed report of incidents which led to me becoming a dissatisfied customer. Please will someone contact me VIA E-MAIL and NOT on my phone in order for me to log necessary reports.
