Complaint / review text:
I have two accounts with MTN, the first one is a mobile contract account which I have no issues with, the other is a mobile 3G data account. I terminated the 3G data account 2 months ago, sent the proof of payment to MTN customer care mail and I am still being billed for it two months down the line. The first month I was billed I sent a complaint through email and got a very confusing response (they had confused my mobile contract with my data contract), after point out my dissatisfaction on the handling of the issue I never received a response from MTN.
Unfortunately I can't stop the debit order for this accounts as it's one debit order for both accounts (I still have to pay my mobile contract - which I have no problems with doing).
I believe MTN is literally from me every month since I paid the penalty fees when I asked for my data contract to be terminated.
My mobile contract is due for renewal in a couple of months and I am definitely NOT renewing it.
