I am very disappointed with vodacoms porting department. I want to sign a new contract with vodacom but i want to keep my current 8ta number. I have been trying for 2 weeks to port from 8ta to vodacom and no luck. Phoned all the call centres and the porting departments and i am going back and forth and getting no resolution. I am unable to get the porting sms when i went into the vodacom store and i am not sure why and neither does vodacom. The 8ta number that i need to port is 0722424878. This number is on prepaid. Can i get some help??? My patience is running out.
