Complaint / review text:
I placed an order last week 12 December and as per their website stock takes 6 days to arrive in SA.
I called the call centre on Monday (15 December) to confirm the order and ensure that the proof of payment has been received. They did not ever respond to any of my emails.
On the 15th and 17th of December I was assured (you can check the call) that my order will be delivered on Friday 19 December. I was told that the order is already on the way and in transit. Today there is suddenly a problem.
For a technological company surely you can just update the order history on your website, email or call me to provide me with an update? I purchase many items online and must say this was by far the worst experience I have had.
If Orange does not have the capacity to do business do not commit that you would be able to deliver if you are not able to do so.
