Complaint / review text:
I have the misfortune of dealing with the incompetence of Cell C for over one year. They (Their Network) has admitted that they have lowered the tower and can no longer provide me with the service. I have sent the phone back to them and they sent it back saying there is nothing they can do with the handset. There was never anything wrong with the handset. They still bill me, varying amounts every month even though I have not (can not) use their phone. Every month I reverse the charge and send them a letter with my contact details. They have now taken to phoning my wife and being very rude and abrupt.
