I give up on autopage

Complaint / review text:
I logged a hellopeter complaint in Dec regarding autopage billing me thousands for data use when they did not allocate me the right amount of data in the first place. I still have that problem and even this month they gave me 100mb instead of 1gig. I got a measly standard response reply from some Marco Adonis who tried to tell me I was getting the right amount of data but could not back it up when i requested more info. According to Autopage I use 1 gig of data within hours, strange that the same gig of data lasted me a month when I was with Nashua Mobile and I have wifi at home and work from home with my wifi enabled and mobile data disabled 100% of the time and my phone is set to only do downloads and uploads using wifi. I replied to Marco's email on 15 December and to this day have not received an acknowledgement or a reply. I have even sent a follow up email and called on his number to no avail while my phone is now suspended. This is not right and I want autopage to call me and rectify this followed by a cancellation of my contract and changing my sim to prepaid please. (without penalties as I am cancelling due to bad service)
