Complaint / review text:
I went through to MTN in Stanger on 13-12-2014 to do an upgrade of my contract, the consultant I spoke to informed me that they had no stock of the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact but will be receiving stock in 3 to 4 days. I leave and return after 4 days and I am told stock has not yet arrived and I should check in that afternoon, I do this and still no stock, I am told that the phone will be arriving by Monday 22 -12— 2014. I check in twice on that day and still no phone, I am then told to check in on Tuesday as they are expecting deliveries, I do this and still No phone.
I check with MTN stanger again on 29-12-2014 and this time I am told that they do not have stock and are not sure when they will be getting stock of the phone. I went in yesterday (05-01-2015) to check if they have received stock or if they have an estimate as to when they will receive stock, the consultant tells me that they still don't have stock and might be getting stock by the end of this week, however due to past experience I highly doubt this.
Its frustrating that they are unable to give me a honest answer (we are not sure when we will receive stock) I never had this issue when Nashua handled my contract
