Complaint / review text:
While checking my data balance I noticed that my account balance due is sitting at R933 Odd. I received an upgrade from a existing contract on the 6th December 2014. My previous contract was R399. This contract is supposed to be R569 Inc. Vat. When I called the call centre, the lady informed me that from what I can understand that I have been billed for December and January for my new contract. This is utter rubbish as I paid for a something i never received in December then as my account came to R555.90. No body informed me that I would be paying for 2 months (Dec and Jan) at the end of Jan for my new contract. What boggles my mind is my girlfriend and I upgraded on the same date and her balance is the correct amount where mine is way out. I am aware regarding the extra data bundles I purchased which amounts to R40 at most.
CELL C, I am disgusted in this type of service. Please rectify this issue as I am seriously not paying that amount especially for something I never received.
Please rectify this problem as I am seriously not paying this bill!!! From a loyal customer I ccpuld have gone else where but stuck by your side and this is how you treat yor clientele?
