A Call centre agent offered an online upgrade, offering 2 phones - I was to choose and get back to them. They could not be reached and just sent me a wrong phone. So I cancelled the upgrade and they collected the phone.
I asked for the upgrade to be cancelled on 28/10/2014.
On 17/12/2014 I wanted to do a new upgrade and was told the October upgrade was in force. BUT they would log a call and have it cancelled.
I have since phone weekly, daily, and still today, everytime I phone, they promise to cancel the upgrade. First excuse for the delay was skeleton staff over December (but it should have been cancelled in October). Now they just keep promising and ask me to call back tomorrow, in two days time, or they PROMISE to call me and NEVER do.
I have been a CELL C client for about 20 years, and cannot believe I am being treated this way. Is it that difficult to call a client back, especially after they have given me bad service. One week maybe, but it's almost a month since 17/12/2014, when they reopened the call and STILL no response.
I now have to pay for a phone I don't have, and cannot do a new upgrade until this one is cancelled.
