Complaint / review text:
Man at Sprint store (found out not Sprint but "3rd party store") said he had to order phones before we could get service. Took our wishes.
Store called to come pick up the phones. Store was too busy for them to ever give us the phones. We called Sprint Customer Service to cancel and received nothing but arguments. They charged my credit card for the first two months.
They then credited my account. Then a bill showed up for $2752.
Never signed a contract, never possessed the phones, we just want the bill to go away. Called Sprint customer service and they just argue and call us liars.
