Complaint / review text:
I went to Vodacom St Georges Mall to port to Vodacom as I am having trouble with my current network and Vodacom has been good to my family members. I get to the mall to port to this network, where I get quite a friendly smile from a lady who then directs me to the man responsible for the 'ports to Vodacom'. However before getting there she tells me to be very nice and beg the man-Jackson to do the portme service for me (EVEN THOUGH THIS IS PART OF HIS JOB, SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BEG HIM TO DO IT). I get to Jackson and ask him nicely to port me to Vodacom but he does not even look at me, instead he plays with his phone and grumbles in Xhosa to the lady that sent me there that it is after 3pm, its too late, people are going home early already as it is a friday. I should come on Monday. I walked out feeling like I was a disturbance to their day rather than a valued customer... It makes no sense why Friday is no work day at Vodacom St Georges Mall. I was promised by good staff at Cavendish that I could port to Vodacom anyday as long as it is before 5pm at any open outlet.
