Cellphones have now been offline for SIX days - after a process which started 11 november 2014! After eventually converting fron contract to prepaid they did not convert but CANCELLED both cell numbers off the network. Numbers can not be retrieved by anyone BUT Autopage and after speaking to NINE consultants - (EVERY SINGLE ONE of which gave me a different explanation - none of which was the problem to begin with) at Head Office and the Branch and Branch manager ar Tygervalley they assure us there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they can do - the complaint is logged and it will take 24 hours to fix the problem... Only problem is we are now at the 6th 24 HOURS!!! My business is losing money every day but they just lift their shoulders. Now they realised fort he first time the numbers were magically disconnected and not converted!!! Hopefully someone reading this will NOT use Autopage... Ever!!!
