I have had no internet connection since the beginning of the year and reported the matter (reference number 211CWK030115). On the 13th a Telkom technician at last contacted me and arranged to come and fix the problem on the 15th between 07:30 and 16:30. This was confirmed in an sms. However he never showed up, nor did he or anyone else contact me again. When I called the call centre, I held for 1 hour 45 minutes before giving up. I couldn't re-report the problem on the Telkom website either since it is already logged - which is of no use since no-one attends to the problem. There is simply no service. Please help.
