Complaint / review text:
On the 1st of December i took my phone for repairs to Cell C store at Eastgate Mall for repairs, 3 weeks back i called to make a follow up and was told i will get it a week later, a week later still nothing i then called again to make make another follow and was told i will get it in 3 days time its been the 3rd week and still haven't received my phone
What makes me disgusted is that i have to make a follow and for all the follow ups I've been to i might sound green to them but I'm definitely not a cabbage and don't appreciate being treated like one. For the past 3 years i have been complaining about Cell C and i always give them the benefit of the doubt but they seem to fail me
I know understand the frustration they caused the banner guy and not only him but to a lot of their customers, They don't know the value of a customer not to mention how to appreciate one. Its funny how they don't miss to debit my account for the phone that I'm not even using
I will never and mean never use cell c quite frankly when I'm done with my contract i will port my number I'm going to go viral on social network and tell my friends and family about the experiences I've had with cell c
