Complaint / review text:
My worst fears about Orange are being confirmed.
1) Last Friday, i call to get an update and i get told that the phone is at customs and should arrive at the warehouse on Monday
2) On Monday, i call and i get told that there were some delays at customs but the phone might arrive Tuesday (today) or Wednesday
3) I call today at 10:10am and i get told that the phone has arrived (brilliant news) but it needs to be processed for the next 2 days (does it take that long?) and will be ready to be shipped to me on Thursday
4) Decided to call again at 10:20am to a different consultant just to confirm the news and to my horror she says the phone is still in London and she was not sure when it was going to be shipped to South Africa.
I am baffled and i have no idea what to believe. Why am i getting inconsistent information from employees of the same company? Where is the phone?
