Vodacom falsely charging you

Complaint / review text:
I have been with Vodacom now 16 years and I am a high valued costumer, spending a fortune each month.
Every single time there has been a problem when I have taken out a contract. If the service is not bad, staff at Vodacom has no clue about what they actually selling, and DO NOT know their products. They give false information.
I was wrongly billed DEC 2014 for 5GB MI Once-off I activated and then NEVER received it. I then was billed R3,824.19 on my data line for going over in downloading. If my 5GB got activated I would never had to pay for this and I am not going to as well. I complained again and again that I wasn't receiving text messages to warn me that I went into my R100 limit, and nothing was done. I then took out another contract where I SIGNED it and WAS TOLD that the contract is a 1.2 GB a month, I then started receiving invoices saying I ONLY GET 200 MG a month with that contract, that the first 3 months came with a 1GB GIFT which is, my contract says I have 1.2 GB for 2 YEARS. I have complained SO many times and NO one has contacted me back.
I want to end ALL my contracts with vodacom and move to CELL C and I will also go to the Consumer Act. Tired of this.
