During my 22nd month of 24 of my cellphone contract with Autopage I put in a request to cancel the contract as I wanted to take up a contract with another service provider (call ref # A1411260329) and I was promised that on the 28th January 2015 my number would be migrated to prepaid. I was also advised to finish all my data and minutes as to not lose them when the migration happened. The 28th came and no migration took place.
I called again on the 29th (call ref # 569057) and still no migration has taken place.
I'm now left with an open line contract that I can't load my own airtime to and I am getting billed because I need to use the phone and I'm likely to have a huge bill when the end of the month even though I placed the notice of cancellation well in time.
