Complaint / review text:
After previous bad service of NO RESPONSE, (also as per previous Hello Peter complaints) I decided I had enough and ported to Vodacom on 9 January 2015. After porting I sent the following emails to Marco Adonis and Tshepo Mokoena, but with no response. Today a debit order of over R500 went off and the call centre is of no help because the account is not on my name and my boyfriend must phone, but he is at work and not able to phone during the day. My Autopage MTN line was switched off on 9 January, MTN even sent an sms to confirm this, yet I am being billed for airtime I didn't receive or use January?

Please check for me that my account is paid in full and deactivated
with Autopage. My account was in credit before I migrated to Vodacom
on 9 January 2015.

Poor service like this as well as you people not replying is why I left Autopage in the first place!!
