Vodacom or FNB is wasting my money

Complaint / review text:
I've bought two data bundles of R50 each this morning to top up my 2Gig that I get monthly with my portable wifi modem. It does not reflect in data, although I can clearly see the amounts have been deducted in my FNB cheque account. It now still says I'm out of data and this is impossible. What is going on here??
