Hi lodged a complaint earlier the month because of bundle data that were bought and paid for but never loaded to my account, so they double charged me for all the data, now only last months is credited but the problem rolled over to January as well. The person promised me that the January bill will also be sorted out and credited by the 3rd of January, and I see this this was not done, since my account is still over R1000 and not supposed to be over R500.00. Very disgusted in all the promises that it will be corrected but it is not. They hope they can steel your money and you will forget about it. I want it sorted out TODAY before my debit order go of at the 15th of this month.
