The sales call was incomprehensible. I wanted more info. A 2nd call asking about add ons. I said no. I was surprised to receive a delivery. I did not open the package. I tried for months via phone & email to get information from Elite Mobile, to no avail. I was soon shocked to see what was being debited from my account - 8 individual debits. I was getting a bank charge of R125 for each debit. So an add-on that cost R49 in fact cost me R174. It was costing me close to R1000 per month for a product that was still in its sealed box. Still no joy from Elite Mobile. I attempted to return the box - still sealed, but could find no place to return it to & was told I could not courier it back to them. I opened the box to try and gain something for my money, it was already old technology. I eventually received a call from Elite. She soon said my problem was too big, she would call back, She did not. Some weeks later, another call, a very condescending rude man who tried the bully approach. He did not resolve the problem and did not call back as he said he would. Direct debits continued, several times bouncing my bank account costing me even more. I closed my bank account.
