Dear Cell C,
You have seen fit not to respond to my requests via, Hello Peter / Cell C Site / Network Department (Multiple Requests) / and IN Branch. I therefore will be canceling this Contract. You believe are in Breach of even a basic level of service. I have had no access to my Data due to Signal issues at my residence. I hereby give 30days Notice. I will NOT pay ANY PENALTY FEES.
I cannot believe that you are not prepared to provide a booster that may cost r2000 to keep me as a client when i have purchased no less than 3 sims with the 2 gb monthly service plus 2 sims with the once off 100gb.
With an EXCESS SPEND of over R9000 you treat me like this!
I have now moved to vodacom (with free booster provided by them within 2 weeks)
