Complaint / review text:
I posted my first complaint on this matter on 5 November, after having sent my first email on the matter on 25 September. I cannot go into all the details here, but here are some of my reference numbers: SD313710,4102702192 or 4092001274. The response I got to my first complaint here was: "Your account information has been linked to your previous contract number. Please refer to the email communication that i have sent through to you". I read that email and I replied, but that reply was ignored. I posted further feedback to my initial HelloPeter complaint on 13 December. STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! I posted another report on this website on 13 January, and was told that someone would contact me. Still NOTHING. Now another month has gone by. When the time comes to file my tax return, shall I just tell SARS that I can't provide proof of my telephone expenses due to Cell C's uselessness???
