Lack of customer service and passing the buck

Where do I start, my nephew has a contract which I use and my details are there as a contact person, for over 3 months we have been calling the call centre & getting no response, finally at Telkom east gate eddie gave us a reference number 16740936, we have had the contract since last year nov, did a sim swap when water fell on the sim card, since then cant make calls, Daily calling the technical dep on 0126869478, have spoken to almost 6 different supervisers from Paul to lebogang to Siphomandla. Yet every day im told some one on the next shift will call me & unless I call no 1 has the decency to call me back.initial notes stated lebogang spoke to me and the case was closed bcoz I was satisfied, that in itself is false info as that never happened I would like a recording of that call, so 3 weeks the query is still unresolved with the query being passed from person to person. Not only am I at the telkom store almost daily i am calling in daily and getting no feedback, they cant hear me on my telkom line & have to call me on my voda com prepaid line, I am paying for a service I am not using. I require urgent feedback and have a list of complaints regarding their slack service. HELP me please
