Hi from yesterday i tried to retrive my message likei use too using 121 and the prompts said i should do a new message. I phoned your customer service yesterday Duma told me the voicemail lapses over 28 days if not used i did not know that, he said he will reinstate my old voice message and should note for future. I checked after speaking to him and it was not done, when i phoned Thando told me it can be reinstated i must go and read the T&C on yoursite. She said i must hold so that her supervisor can come and assite, i told her i dont want to speak to her as i want her to help me as she should be compitebt to assist me as a client. I want my old voice message reinstated as you can see deleted msg, mms, calls. How is your staff trained as one person says it can be done then another one says no it cant why do your staff to its clients. Im annoyed by the service i received.
