Complaint / review text:
Towards the end of Dec 2014 my partner and I entered the Telkom store in Menlyn to enquire about a mobile contract. Documentation was filled out and the process explained! The final detail being that we would receive a call in January as soon as the store received stock of the new Sony Xperia Z3. B
By the end of January we had still not received a call so we went into the store where we were told that the reason we had not been called was due to them not having received stock. The gentleman we spoke to assurred us that the store manager would phone us to let us know when they would be receiving stock. To date no call! I have phoned both stores in Menlyn on a couple of occasions and still no one can tell me when they are getting stoclk!!! Why not and why can't the store manager find out from their next in line what the issue is... The phone is advertised all over their brochures but they haven't had stock from Dec to date PLEASE HELP
