I called the call center asking for my itemized billing to be sent to me.
I was told that I had to a fax and had no email option, as disappointing as this was since Vodacom is supposed to be innovative in technology, I failed to understand why they would still be stuck in the 90's.
What was even more shocking to me is the consultant that took my call told me that she couldn't only give me her name and not surname as they have been advised by their management not to, so they aren't traceable when complaints are laid against them. Needless to say that I send a fax on the 16th Feb at 11:16, and I STILL haven't heard a word from Vodacom! I hate the fact that I it feel like I have to beg for a service that I'm paying for!!!
