I called in to Cell C customer care in November 2014 to change my banking details and deduction date for the debit order on my contract.
It is now February 2015 (3 months later) and they are still not deducting from the new account. I've called in every month after making the changes to find out what the issue is but no one is competent enough to tell me what is wrong. Each consultant I've spoken to tells me that they "don't know" what is going on and my query hasn't even been escalated!!!
I am really tired of chasing after Cell C (to pay them their money!!!) and if they don't receive payment then they're quick to suspend your contract and list on ITC.
Is it such a difficult task to change banking details and if so then I do not recommend anyone dealing with such a company.
I'm really starting to regret taking out this contract with Cell C as MTN never gave me this issue with my contract with them.
