Complaint / review text:
I went to MTN fourways mall yesterday to upgrade 1 of the 3 contracts that I have. I was dealing with Mark. Firstly his appearance as a store manager is poor. He left me waiting at the desk while he entertained another workers sister at the store, he then left me at the desk and went to the back for a few minutes. When he finally attempted to assist me, he could not deliver on the service, I asked him what phones was available to which he showed me, then told me there was a 3 days waiting period as they don't keep the cheap phones in the store, he then gave me some sad story about stores being and that he isn't allowed to disclose what stock he has to me. How does that make sense to a consumer? He then told me that they do say "whilst stocks last" how can you even use this line if you do not keep stock for your own reasons? Eventually I told him he was not equipped to deal with customers to which he responded "if that is the case he doesn't know why I am at this store", he raised his voice and told me he is the store manager when I said I will complain to the exec office. I told him he was not competent to deal with customers, he then said thank you and went to the back.
