5 Nov 2014 i phoned Cell C to cancel my contract, i was told my last debit order will be deducted 30 Nov 2014.
31 December 2014 another debit order went off my account, i went to the bank and reversed the payment because according to what Cell C told me my contract was cancelled and i paid my last payment. End of January another payment went off my account. I phoned Cell C 28/01/2015 and spoke to Pumela explaining to her that i cancelled my contract 5/11/2014 and was told i only need to pay one more debit order. According to her system i only cancelled my contract 27/11/2014. She logged a query and i was going to hear from Cell C within 48 hours - NOT. I phoned again 12/02/2015 and was told they just need to get the recording of my phone call 5/11/2014 so that they can refund me but i will have a response from them within a day - NOT. I phone 26/02/2015 and was told my contract only expired 22/12/2014 and that is why i was billed another month. Why all the different stories. Why wasn't i told 5/11/2014 that my contract only expires 22/12/2014 and will have to pay 2 more debit orders.
