Horrific customer service

I took a phone on contract the battery was always low I took it back they gave me new one, when I got home the phone didn't read the neno simcard I took it back again when they returned it I noticed the reset button was missing. I went back to report it the manager and I was badly mishandled by the manager herself. I took the phone back for the second time and when I went to re collect it again, the reset button was missing and the manager had the nerve to say that I removed it. I took the initiative of calling vodacom customer services to enquire if I can exchange my phone, they said it was possible however when I got to the megacity branch the manager said they don't exchange with used phones. Vodacom megacity is the worst vodacom branch as they do not know how to take care of their customers at all. I am dissappointed with the service they provide there.
