This account has been paid in full and up to date since December 2014. WHY IS THIS ACCOUNT STILL REFLECTING AS ARREARS ON ITC??? I have applied for vehicle finance this week only to find out that I have been declined due to arrears on my Vodacom account. How many calls would you like me to make for you to list my account as UP TO DATE and settled and REMOVE MY NAME FROM ITC??? I have to buy a new vehicle and can't apply for any finance whatsoever due to my ITC listing. If the arrears and account is up to date, WHY AM I STILL ON ITC? I have exactly one day (today) to re-apply for vehicle finance on a special package at Ford but I am left with an ITC listing for an account that has already been settled. I expect a call from your legal/accounts department TODAY!!! Please catch a wake up and update your system. I find your customer service pathetic. You are very eager to call me for payments but Vodacom is fast asleep when it comes to updating accounts and removing ITC listings. I expect a Senior/Manager/MD of accounts to call me TODAY and this ITC listing to be removed no later than TODAY or I will take legal action. I will NOT wait 7 days for my ITC to be cleared. This is YOUR mistake
