Complaint / review text:
After phoning the pathetic call centre, and explaining a couple of times that I want to remove the itemized billing from my accounts, the on the other side increased both my accounts per month with R10 each.
I know it's only R10 per account, but I'm really getting fed up with the bad service from Cell C.
My accounts has been messed up so many times, I'm actually too afraid to phone in or go to a store in order to change anything. What are they going to mess up next?
