As a Nashua Mobile member for 16 years - with MTN as my service provider, I have never missed a payment and never had any issues. Nashua handed my account to MTN end of November when they closed - and I was assured it would be business as usual. I never received an account in December and no debit order collected. I notified MTN (call centre and walk in centre) and was told they could not trace my account - but they logged a call. I again notified them in January when the same occurred and was told - they logged a call. On the 26th of Feb my services were suspended with no notification. I contacted the call centre - and they could not trace my account - and they logged a call. I went to the Service Centre at Century City - and they too logged a call! I have followed up today - and nothing can be advised re the calls logged, I have no services - I use my phone for work purposes and personal. I have no services and cant get any answers as to when these will be restored... But they have all logged a call. This is unacceptable treatment of a loyal client of nearly 2 decades. I need my services reinstated! Or somebody that knows what is happening to contact me!
