I went to the one branch in Bloemfontein to tell them that my phone has be broken for multiple times and to find out when does my contract decay because I want to go over to another network. I want to change network because my phone is most of the time in a "SOS". My phone is broken now again, and Vodacom does not do the effort to give me the valeu for my money. I've gone to several branches of vodacom in Bloemfontein and all of them have been giving me diffrent information. Yesterday after noon I came to know that my contract only have permission to upgrade from 10 March 2015. My contract only decay on in June and then I must wait another Month to give notice to cancel the contract. My phone is broken and I can't move to another service provider for the next 4 months.
