I had a conract with vodacom which was expiring on the30 Jan 2015 and as I called for cancellation a consultant told me my contract expires on Jan 2017 as there was an upgrade I told them that I know nothing about the upgrade then thry said they will call me of which I'm still waiting for their csll. I then went to the branch in hartebeespoortdamon the 30 Jan 15 and they said I must make an affidavit which I did. Yesterday I went to check and cancel the contract and a nice lady call led Silvya called customer care for cancellation and they said it must be done by department and she calledthe no that was given to her but the phone just rrang. I need this to be cancel ke di and I'm very dissapointed that vodacons customer service is poor worst part head office level...
