Datashare incorrect billing

I was happy when MTN introduced datashare ans I immediately bought a 2GB (1GB 1GB) free which I started sharing with my second phone. After 21 days the second number stopped working because it had already used up 1GB from the main number. I contacted MTN customer servive (173) and spole to several agents but they all failed to prove that the second phone's usage from the 30th of jan to the 20th of Feb is 1GB but I was constantly told its impossible to check the usage on MTN's side (really?). I checked thr usage on the second phone and its sitting at 245MB, so gow dis MTN get to 1GB? Where is the proof that I actually used 1GB in 21 days on my secondary phone when my main number's usage is 229MB as per MTN?
