Vodacom upgraded an excisting contract that expired, without any knowledge of the contract holder. Not only was new hand sets given to the unknown "client" but vodacom is billing the previous contract owner an amount of r4 398.03 every month!!! All the necessary documents with case number was given through for investigation on 1 august 2014 but nothing is happening to solve the problem!!! Even new numbers were issued on the contract!!! I can only assume it is an inside job, thus no care is given!!! We visited vodacare centre who confirmed the problem will be solved within 7 days, but to no surprise nothing happend!!! Everone is blaming another department without any sollution. Vodacom is even phoning offen to demand payment!!! Totally rediculous. I'm going to demand to cancel all my other contract although the 24 months is not over because i'm sure other service providers will at least have their client's best interest at hart!!! Wake up vodacom and smell the coffee!!!
