I bought a moto g XT1033 in june 2013. And after manufacturing defects, the phone was replaced twice.
It was really annoying after spending money on expensive screen gaurds and cases. And when i was given the third moto g, it worked fine but now the phone is facing heating and call drops issue. The battery drains like 80% to 30% in 2 hours with minimun usage. Even with the phone data and Wi-Fi connection switched off.
When o took the phone to the service center which is a new B2X moto care in Bangalore, they reinstalled the entire software amd checked the motherboard and still the problem persists. Moreover the charger too was faulty and was replaced. How many times with this cheap brand can i keep spending money on a service center which is in the other side of the town.
And when i finally demanded a replacement for the seceond gen moto g which might be better or a refund as this was the third time, the service center finally blamed my usage that use my phone very much.
And i multi task very much. I know my phone well and I'm an android geek. Its really annoying and the phone wint even last a day after the warranty i guess. Bad choice.
Its really annoying. So much money and time wasted.
