Complaint / review text:
I was already unhappy that I would have to pay $20 to keep my home number, but was even more upset to learn that they were holding my phone number hostage for $30.00. This is after they told my new provider several times that they could not help them even after they had the needed account number and passcode.
I had to call magic jack, like 10 times in 3 days.
The ninth time I got someone on the phone, I asked the lady where did I agree to the fee. She told me to review the agreement, then hung up in my face.
