Complaint / review text:
Bought a unit for my mother in law 10 years ago that has been sitting in my drawer for at least 9. It was registered to my email, paid for by me.
Put her name on it for caller id. Just bought a new unit, MY credit card, MY email address, registered to MY name. Her name is showing up and they refuse to change it to MY name unless we both get a form notorized.
I don't speak with her anymore so this is impossible. My email address has my name, the payment had my name and I can prove the address it was shipped to is mine but they still say they need proof... Wtf?
