Their website offers two emails ([email protected] mobile.com and [email protected]) and the both bounce back every time. No live person (tech support in India I presume) seems to have any answer for this:
Simple mobile advertises this function for texting via email right on their website:
"Simply email the 10-digit wireless number plus: @smtext.com (example: [email protected])" 'SM' standing for Simple Mobile. All carriers have a similar capability.
Well, that doesn't work either. What a joke and such a lame organization. This creates a real but fake impression of help. No help = fewer customers, maybe they'll get a clue.
